FARGO, N.D. (April 27, 2011) –The City of Fargo has reopened 52nd Avenue South between 45th Street South and 53rd Street South. A clay levee that was constructed on this portion of 52nd Avenue to protect the community from flood water has been removed.

Davenport City Council Meeting on TONIGHT at 7pm
