According to city commissioner Tim Mahoney, Fargo is going from High Alert status to Alert status.

Cass County Sheriff Paul Laney warns people to stay off the Red River or face arrest.
Fargo Mayor Dennis Walaker praised Federal agencies saying they “are doing a wonderful job.” Walaker also noted, “to succeed we must remain positive.”
The Oak Grove Campus has been stabilized and is under control. Residents in the area between Oak Grove Campus and Elm Street who were previously advised to plug their sewers may now resume sewer use but should continue to monitor the situation.
City of Moorhead requests residents limit water usage, as sanitary sewer loads are high. Sump pump discharges should be directed outside and not into the sanitary sewer.
