Due to dike construction, eastbound traffic on 52nd Ave. South from 42nd St. to 38th St. will be reduced to one lane until dike construction is complete in this area.
52nd Ave. South, east of University Drive, will be reduced to one lane to make room for the construction of a clay dike around Riverview. Drivers are asked to use caution and allow extra time as the National Guard will be flagging traffic to allow the bridge to remain open during construction.
Dike Construction is these areas will begin at approximately 1:00 p.m. this afternoon (Wednesday, March 17).
