March 12: A special meeting of the Fargo City Commission will be held at 8 a.m. on Saturday, March 13 in the Commission Room at Fargo City Hall, 200 3rd St. N. The meeting will be broadcast live on TV Fargo 12. The following items are on the Commission agenda:

• Bid awards for levees/dikes.
• Authorize purchase/rental agreements for alternate flood protection measures.
