A CodeRED message will be sent out this morning for residents living in Fargo’s Timberline subdivision, a move needed to bring neighbors out to build a sandbag levee and shore up the city’s protection against the Red River.
A troublesome storm sewer drain can’t be plugged, and Timberline residents will be called on to place 15,000 to 20,000 sandbags in the area.
